Worst experience at Extreme Bounce Inflatapark. Front desk staff Mahek was rude, dismissive, and acted like customers don’t matter. was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like she owned the place, forgetting she’s just an employee and that the business only survives because of customers who come here. When I said I wouldn’t return because of her attitude, she casually replied “OK,” showing she doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. That kind of arrogance is unacceptable. Other staff were polite, but her behavior ruined the visit. On top of that, the hourly price is high, and despite the prime mall location, the place often looks empty — now I understand why.

It’s also around $40 a kid (can’t bring your own food in). But they’ll charge you lots for their average food. They just charge every time for socks.
