Lighthouse Fresh & Tasty — Restaurant in Surrey

I’ve been trying fish pakora from almost every famous restaurant in Surrey for the past 10 years, and I can honestly say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The fish pakora I got from this place was absolutely disappointing greasy, raw from the inside, and had a terrible burnt smell.

When I called to complain, the staff told me they’d been using the same oil since 2 PM! That’s unbelievable and completely unacceptable. I picked up my order around 7 PM so they were frying in the same old oil for at least five hours! No wonder the taste was awful.

The photo online showed large, crispy pieces, but what I got looked nothing like that soggy, undercooked, and totally unappetizing. I honestly regret spending my money here. Definitely not recommended to anyone who actually enjoys good...

I wouldn’t even give there customer service 1 star but I had to called them at 9:25 for a order said can’t take it because we are closed when there hours of operations are till 10pm Was from calgary really wanted to try out there food the girl on the phone was not rude but the chef in the back said can’t do it’s to late and very rude customer service I would never go back as customer service for them is not number one Looks like they are making to much money and don’t need the business I also said I would tip a extra $20 bucks but still it was a no for taken out order when there was still more then 30 mins...

I came here often almost 3-4 times a week They used to have really great customer service the girl who used to be there was so nice but now they just replace her with someone else and she don’t know how to answer and how to treat customers I called her. She said your order will be ready in 15 minutes and then I was waiting for food for more than 35 minutes but she wasn’t even telling me like how long it’s gonna take. I do love lighthouse.
