Pizza Art - Surrey — Restaurant in Surrey

From the second we stepped into this little, clean and well-lit restaurant with our friends, we became highly impressed by the kind demeanour exhibited by Mr. Mustafa who was running the place. His hospitality and high level of professionalism was exemplary. The food, without a doubt was awesome, and the pizzas absolutely unique and delicious with good amount of fresh toppings. We drove a long distance from the North Shore to get to this location in Surrey with our friends, and I can tell you with confidence that it sure was worth the drive. We have been to other locations as well, but hands down, this location appeared to us as the best. There are more seats in this location than the other ones, and the level of cleanliness was quite impressive as well. Their pizzas, appetizers, and other goodies are reasonably priced, and their special deals make them an excellent choice for serving them at your parties. This is what we are planning to do anyway.

It took 1:45 hours for my delivery to arrive. I got cold and stale pizzas. Although the quality was bad they still tasted good so I wanted to give a second chance. I went in person to order. However there was a lady in the back that was drenched in sweat dripping all over what she was making. I don't want my food covered in somebody's sweat. That is very disgusting and unsanitary. I left without ordering anything.

UPDATE: To whoever is replying. I don't care if you find my review unacceptable. I saw what I saw. That is no excuse for sweat dripping on to food, I DON'T WANT TO EAT THAT. Your employee could have washed/ wiped her face if it got sweaty. If hygiene is your priority, why are you allowing your sweaty employees to work like that? Your lack of rationality...

Ordered 1 butter chicken and 1 cheese paid about $40. I have never eaten a more dry pizza in my life. This may have been a one off but if this was my first experience with this restaurant, I wouldn’t come again. I’ll give them another shot before I make my final decision.

The flavours are good which is why I’ll try again.

If you order from here, just ask for extra sauce just in case.

I’ve been here often since my fist post. Sometimes it’s GREAT, other time it’s ok.
