McDonald's — Restaurant in Surrey

I ordered from Uber, ordered 2 drinks and my coke didn’t arrive, called them 3 times no one picked up, they were busy allegedly.

So i decided to show up at the store. Here’s how the interaction followed with Harpreet the manager on duty. I explained that the order did not arrive. So she went you have to go to uber support, which I understand, and I surely did after this interaction. Now here’s what talking to uber doesn’t resolve; the whole reason I went to the store. I ordered a meal and drink specifically to have that meal and drink but my drink is now missing, which destroys the whole purpose of my meal. I would have not ordered it if I did not want it. I was offered a replacement coke. Which wasn’t really worth it having to explain all of the above and looking stupid

I never wanted a free coke, all I wanted was probably a sorry, followed by a resolution. Not an assumption of me lying. and me having to explain why I am at the store!

I still got my coke and paid for it.

Still giving 3 stars since when my last order was messed up (ordered grilled chicken and hot crispy chicken) it was a different person we had a NORMAL conversation. Maybe take it as a criticism.

For myself, I have learned my lesson and will not order through uber anymore.

At least their food is good compared to other white rock locations.

Simply put; The washrooms here are incredibly stinky.

The other day I was hankering for a munch. Typical. Average. Everyone gets hungry, of course. And so I parked my car in the car dealership nextdoor and headed inside McDonald's.

"What to eat, what to eat?" I cried as I examined the menu. "Ah! How about a nugget!"

I ordered forty McNuggets. Again, I was starving. The cashier shook my hand and I headed off to loiter by the sodas.

Alas, minutes passed. And I grew a ripe desire to use the toilet. As one does, obviously. So I headed to the washroom.

The men's was locked, so I headed into the women's. But, to my surprise, all of the toilets were filled to the brim with diarrhea poo!

I started to panic. "Oh god!" I screamed. "Why!?" But, I couldn't wait any longer. I squatted on top of the seat and pooped down into the filled toilet.

Overflowing was inevitable. My shoes got a little dirty, but that's not my issue. My issue is how glad the cashier was to embarrass me when I returned!

"Here are your nuggets, Poop Shoes Man." The cashier said, as he handed me my bag of goods. "In a while, Crocodile," I replied as I left the restaurant, which had erupted in laughter at my expense.

And to make things worse, the owner of the car dealership had mistaken my car for one of his own, and he had sold it while I was away!

I will never return to this McDonald's again. The employees were rude, the bathroom was gross (as I've said before). But, I'll be darned if those weren't the best nuggets I've...

For the past 6 months I've visited this location 5 times and never got my order right. The first three times it was through drive-in so I started going inside and still did not get what I ordered.

Regular orders for family of four. Nothing fancy. There is always something missing or wrong items.

One time it was expired goods in kids Happy Meal.

One time I ordered a Quarter pounder and got a Bic Mac instead.

Today I went to order inside. Got my order in with the machine. Waited. Saw my order number in the waiting list. Suddenly it disappeared. I just thought it's all good and they're making it. I saw it was busy. But after 10 minutes I went to ask somehow it was disappeared from the list. So Finally I got my order and a couple cookies. Checked that I had everything. I went home and realized I was missing a side wrap I ordered.

I'm coming to a conclusion and McDonalds hates me. Our relationship especially with this location is broken. I want to give you my money but you don't want to give me my order.

How do we proceed? As a family of four sometimes I like something quick and easy. I'd love to go through the drive-in but that's not an option anymore. I can go through the machine and wait extra. The only thing I ask is that I'd love to have what I paid for.

Everyone has been really friendly and all. I'm not complaining about that. Young adults working hard under pressure. There's mistakes. Now it's just been too many in a row. Fast order is not always good. Right...
