I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a recent order I placed — a large vegan burrito. I specifically selected the option for refried beans, and the burrito was also labeled as a bean burrito, which clearly indicates that it should have contained visible beans. However, when I opened the burrito, there were no visible beans at all — just a thin, paste-like substance that was barely noticeable. This is not what I expected from a bean burrito. I’ve ordered and enjoyed burritos countless times from other places, and I know what proper bean filling looks and tastes like. This was not it. To make things worse, the customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called to explain the issue, I was asked to send a photo on WhatsApp, which I did. Instead of trying to understand my concern, the staff responded in a very dismissive and disrespectful tone, saying things like, “That’s the beans, it’s a paste — we’ve already sent proof to Uber Eats.” The way I was spoken to made me feel like I was being treated as if I were ignorant or lying, just because I questioned the quality of the product I received. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to be heard and treated with basic respect — not to be spoken to rudely or made to feel stupid for pointing out a genuine issue. I love burritos and usually enjoy them twice a week, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had — not just because of the poor quality of food, but also because of the unprofessional and insulting behavior of your staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, both in terms of improving product consistency and training your staff on how to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

I recently purchased two veggie bowls from your branch. When I returned home, I noticed that both bowls had little to no sour cream, leaving them completely dry. I went back to the store to address the issue, but unfortunately, the staff responded rudely and unprofessionally. One employee even made an inappropriate remark, claiming that I was “blind,” before throwing me two packets of sour cream instead of properly correcting the order. This experience was disappointing and not reflective of the quality or service I expect from your brand. I have attached a photo of the bowls for your reference — as you can see, there is hardly any sour cream visible. I kindly request that you review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure better service in the future. I would also appreciate a replacement or refund for the unsatisfactory meal.

This was my first time and I was beyond surprised. This place seems good and fresh. But I don't think it is. I ordered a chicken burrito with rice. The sauce was on one side of the burrito which make the other half dry. I'd give the burrito a 1.5 / 5. And the biggest surprise of all was that they have cookies. The cookie was a chocolate chip cookie. Which was okay. 3 / 5. Overall I'd give this place a 2 / 5. Cause it was clean. And isn't as rushed as a chipotle.

Dear [Restaurant Manager/Owner],

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the behavior of one of your night staff members. I visited your establishment recently, and the experience was nothing short of appalling.

The individual working that night was incredibly rude, dismissive, and clearly untrained in customer service. He spoke to me in an arrogant, condescending tone — as if he owned the restaurant — and made no effort whatsoever to be helpful or respectful. When I pointed out how unacceptable his behavior was and mentioned I would be filing a complaint, he casually responded that he “didn’t care at all.”

Frankly, I’m shocked that someone with such a disgraceful attitude is allowed to represent your business. His conduct was not only unprofessional, it was outright insulting. This kind of behavior drives customers away — and based on how he acted, that may well be his intention.

My bf ordered the beef tacos, pork tacos & beef quesadilla via door dash. We received the order within 15min (surprisingly quick), however, the food was stone cold. We are talking like fridge cold (the meat too). Utterly disgusting. I tried eating a few bites because tacos are my deathrow meal but I just couldn’t. To make it worse, the beef just tasted like unseasoned ground beef. Nasty!! I need garlic & seasoning in my beef. Will never be ordering from ANY Quesada ever. Update: So the owner or manager just responded & pretty much had no accountability towards their ice cold food they served. Instead, they blame the doordash driver who delivered my order within 15minutes. Like I said, stay away from this place. There’s zero standards. Most likely zero quality assurance.
