i just had the worst experience ordering at this location. i asked if they had taco bowls for taco salad, which require a tortilla toasted into a bowl shape in the oven, but the person who was going to make my food said they didn't have any, confusing what i asked for with burrito bowls, which is made in a paper bowl. i was confused why they weren't offering this anymore when i ordered it not long ago.
so i ordered nachos instead. i asked for extra chips, he says he put the right amount of chips. why can't i have extra chips? i don't mind paying extra, but if you just say no then it means you don't care about what i want.
he asks me if i want beans. i ask for refried beans. he adds a dollop on top of the chips, then begins to layer toppings, completely avoiding putting any toppings on the chips where he put the beans.
then he was going to put the refried beans in the oven with the nachos, which would have made the refried beans dry. i ask him to remove the refried beans and put them back when they come out of the oven. he picks off the beans, puts more chips where the beans were, but only adds cheese and no other toppings in the spot he had to recover.
then another customer walks in, asks for a taco salad, and another worker proceeds to prepare a tortilla shell to make a taco salad. i ask if that's a taco bowl and that i was told they didn't have any. the guy making my food starts to tell me what the difference is between a taco salad and a burrito bowl, like i have no idea. he basically lied that he couldn't make a taco bowl when he could.
nachos are done. he puts two dollops of refried beans like the massive amount of refried beans is going to make up for his incompetence, more refried beans than i ever wanted. then he gives me a fork to eat my nachos with. i paid, took my food, didn't answer when he thanked me, and shook my head upset and disappointed as i left.
this guy working should learn how to take care of paying customers and how to do his job better. it will be a very long time before i come back. it's too bad because it's good mexican food close to my house.
i do hope a manager reads this. don't fire him. no one likes to lose a job. just make him better. when that happens...

They completely wasted my time and treated me with zero professionalism after the meeting. I was asked to provide 5 days of availability, which I did — even taking time off from another workplace — only to be ignored for over 5 days with no communication at all.
After chasing them, I was finally told that I should “look for other jobs.” This is not only careless but also extremely disrespectful to people’s time and efforts. Making false commitments and then disappearing is unacceptable.
If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their current staff. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and irresponsible management. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time with...

I ordered 10 churos from this store on Uber app and I called them about my order twice but the male worker picked up the call and said mam we don't have your order, check your location and he hang ups the phone. I called again as I wanted napkins in the order but again he said we don't have your order check your location, he said mam we have more than 10 orders right now...(Poor soul must be struggling as well) After waiting for 1 hour for my food they cancelled my order on Uber. I want the management to know if you know your store is busy put some extra people in the shift so that people can get their food. I literally waited 1 hour for my food and then your team cancelled it. It's 3:53 am I just wanted to eat something sweet😭. Can't trust this...
