Select Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

When my family first started ordering from here we always thought that the sauce tasted bad but still ordered because it was cheep and because they were the closest to our house. I then started going to a different place but once they closed I started going back to them. Every time i go to them they charge me a different price for that same order each time. Not only that but I always find hair, tiny rocks, and dirt in the pizza. Never have I ordered and the pizza be perfect. On top of all that the employees are rude and act as if they can't understand simple English. They make fun of you when you complain and act as if you are lying. My pizza was cooled and had hair in it. When I told them to heat up my pizza they didn't want to but when I got mad they took it in to heat it up. While I was waiting I saw one of their employees touching the cheese without gloves on and while touching the cheese she also touched her hair and wiped her nose. I have no cluse why I didn't say anything then but I would like to inform you all. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone else too. We ordered a pizza today, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the order. When we called to address the problem, the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude, offering no apology. Instead, they focused on irrelevant questions about the color of the ingredients, which was both unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the owner and staff communicated abusively in Punjabi, avoided speaking in English, and displayed no professionalism whatsoever.

They refused to admit any mistake, and when we asked for their names (since no one had a nametag), we were threatened instead. I ordered tandoori chicken pizza for take out. My boyfriend went their to pick up our pizza. They asked for the phone number we gave earlier my bf was trying to check my exact phone number. Cashier got so pissed in one minute and started bitching about him with other person in her team. They are so unprofessional we call then twice to order our pizza.
