absolutely ridiculous service, the 4 girls working completely ignore customer waiting for mobile orders and take their time doing anything. They mainly just stand there and talk until someone waves for their attention. I placed a mobile order to be made right away, I still waited an additional 10 minutes before I went to go pick it up. There was only 2 customers in line and my order was still not made (3 wraps and an iced cap). I asked for an update and the first girl told me the wraps were being made but the iced capp was done. Meanwhile I look behind her and the other 3 girls are doing nothing. I waited another 5 minutes and still no wraps, there was one girl working on the only other customer’s order. I asked another girl about my order and she said that they had made my wraps but someone had taken them. So either the first girl lied to me or the second girl lied because no one made or took wraps while I was there. I told them that this was bad customer service and that they could have at least updated me since I have now been waiting in store for a total of 15 minutes and was on a 30 minute lunch break. They went back to talking & doing something in the back. 2 mins later I finally got my wraps and then I heard one of them swear at me slightly under her breath to the other girl in Punjabi as I was leaving. I am Punjabi myself and understood the swore. I was in a rush as I had already wasted majority of my break waiting for these wraps otherwise I would have confronted them for their terrible choice of language immediately. This is absolutely terrible customer service. Tim Hortons needs to do better. I went in at 2:15pm today for reference incase Tim Hortons wants to do anything about the terrible workers. Oh best part yet? the wraps that they apparently “made on the spot fresh” after my other ones were “taken by someone...

I have been coming to this Tim's for 15 years because of its proximity to my house. I am quite familiar with other Tim's locations around the area as well and this location is by FAR the worst. I'm typically not one to post reviews but I saw a sign in the Tim's asking for them so I figured I'd finally speak up.
The customer service is baddd, I'd give it half a star if I could. Rarely a smile or a how are you. I once waited 8 minutes (no exaggeration) with no one else ahead of me in line just for someone to take my order. Everyone was stacking cups, cleaning, etc. This is, in fact a common issue I have where the line takes forever to just get their order taken. I have resorted to solely ordering via mobile order.
When I do mobile order, my food and drinks are kept far away behind the counter so I can't grab them myself. I have to wait for someone to walk close by so I can get their attention to give me my order. When I'm in a rush this is a major inconvenience.
Additionally, the interior of this tims is constantly filthy. I often come here to do homework because I like Tim's iced coffee while I work and it's difficult to find a table that doesn't have crumbs and/or garbage all over it.
Lastly, the food---although not as bad as the other issues I've had---is below par compared to many other Tim's I've eaten at. In particular, my bagels are often dripping with butter unless I specifically specify for a tiny amount and the bacon in my BLTs has often been soggy.
I refrained from writing something like this for many years but I fear if I don't speak my mind in a direct way, change...
Read moreDonut Series, Part 14 So when several of my Canadian friends heard I was headed North of the border, they insisted that I visit a Tim Hortons for a donut and some coffee. I was only too happy to oblige and found that there seems to be one on about every other street corner.
The specifics of my order prompted the server to inform me that visiting a Tim Horton’s and including “timbits” automatically initiates the citizenship process in Canada (not true). She went on to state that although continuing this process was entirely voluntary, it is not uncommon for those clearing this initial hurdle to begin unconsciously adopting a uniquely Canadian mindset.
I told her to get “out”, left a Loonie on the counter, pulled on my toque, fist bumped Justin Bieber and Ryan Reynolds on the way out (who were both enjoying beauty double doubles), walked out of Timmies into some glorious sunshine on a 6 degree Celsius morning, and drove a few clicks back to my hotel.
And that’s…Henry’s Take,...
