Update. Figured after a couple months maybe try this place again. Oh boy. Big mistake. Checked my order before leaving the window. It was all wrong and missing items. I give my food back mentioned that it’s missing items. They said I never ordered those items. I said ok I would like my money back. They said I assaulted them and were going to call the cops. After dealing with the cops and defeating the accusations. I do not have the food or my money back.

When I was getting my order. She was trying to give me 2 drinks instead of 3. She stuck her big face in the bag and said everything was in there so I don’t bother to check. Swan River, Manitoba The order taker is very interruptive and doesn’t listen, ordered a burger with no onions and extra pickles and got a burger with nothing on it at all! This isn’t even the first time this has happened! Would like to see improvement when it comes to the person taking the orders from customers. The worst customer service. I came through drive thru & got myself, my husband, and our children food. I live about 5 minutes away and realized I was missing 1 fry. I just called to let them know, they then argued with me that they definitely put it in the bag, okay but it’s not there? They then tell me that they have to check the cameras and that I’ll get a call back, 5 minutes pass, no call. So I send my husband up there at this point.
