Where to begin. Ordered successfully online, but when I arrived 25 minutes later they claim they never received the order. So I left to get a sceenshot sent to me of what I ordered...I would have just left altogether, but the food was already paid for via credit card.
It was fairly busy, but I went up to the front after the worker was done with another customer to show her the order so they can start making the food already....but she demanded that I go back in line because there were other customers waiting.
Needless to say wasn't very happy. Finally I received the food with zero apology or anything that showed a bit of remorse.
This actually happened once before, where the online order "never showed up" but the workers actually showed a bit of humility, so that was good enough for me.
To top it all all, when I got home they forgot to pack 2 tenders that was part...
