Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Swan River

There's nothing like repeating an order 4x first "item please just a sausage wrap, next I will have a farmers wrap" then they remove the sausage wrap then ask if I want the classic only i said mo classic just a sausage and a farmers please. I order a medium coffee DD with a steak and egg on English muffin just to receive a regular coffee and the steak on a biscuit, after he even asked if it was a EM or biscuit and I said ENGLISH MUFFIN PLEASE. Good service usually and great food/drinks. However, Donald should not be at the drive thru window, he couldn't understand what we were asking for and it was said clearly a few times by myself and my husband, but he didn't understand and just said "no, we dont have.". My husband went in the restaurant, and yes you did have what we were asking for. Ordered an iced coffee around 2pm. It was not busy that day for dine in and drivethru. My friend and I ordered a large iced coffee light ice. My drink was the one on the right (underfilled and the liquid is not even on the top line of the cup). I asked the lady who prepared my drink if she can add a little bit more because my friend’s drink looks filled. She answered me back with “that’s because I made her drink wrong”.
