This Subway consistently delivers sub-par service. Today I ordered a 12" toasted Stampede brisket sub for the first time through the app. Pick it up, drive to the rink to eat, and it's NOT toasted. Thinking I must have forgot to select toasted, I ate the first 6", but it was kinda gross. Checked my email invoice, and sure enough, I had ordered toasted. Pack up the remaining 6", drive back to Subway... "Oh, so sorry... our toaster is broken." They could have phoned me when I placed the order—they did once in the past when missing an important ingredient!?! Found out later from a friend that the toaster has been broken for well over a month!!! Very disappointing customer service, but not entirely unexpected based on past...

However, I noticed that the employee, on multiple occasions, prepared sandwiches with chicken and meat, and the toppings from those subs were falling into the cheese and vegetables. Unfortunately, that same contaminated food was then served to me. This completely defeats the purpose of offering vegetarian options. I ended up throwing away the entire sandwich. Sub was pretty good.... However it's unclean the sauce bottles look like they only get cleaned when empty... Lids and counter look clean at a glance but if u look closer they definitely need a good scrub. Toaster oven didn't toast lol.... Also zero customers inside still had to wait... One staff member so I don't blame her... Invest in your business and maybe your parking lot wouldn't...
