Modern Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Swift Current

Food was terrible. This used to be a good restaurant now it should probably be shut down! From all the booths, being torn, the bathrooms are terrible. We had to ask four times for toilet paper. One of the meals came out, completely burned. They ended up taking that one off the bill when the kids ice cream came at the end of their meal, there were sharp plastic shards in the ice cream. I'm not sure if it was from the bucket but it cut up the inside of two of my kids mouths. An apology but that's it. We had to fight down the waiter a few times to get issues resolved. The service was great the location is nice but the food was not what i expected my daughter and i enjoyed our time there but i didn't like some of the things i was served mind you i was taught to eat my food no matter what so i looked past the Minor details after i was finished with tip and payment i explained that the butter/margarine on my toast has gone bad 😞 and the bacon i did not finish 😭 i really want to come back soon and get the chance to fix this review i know i should of sent it back but why bring it out. We enjoyed a festive gathering in the Banquet room- but it's a good thing the crowd was cheerful because the facility was not. The public washrooms are a disgrace with doors not closing, seats coming off of the base, dirt and grime everywhere. The dishes and cutlery we were given could all use a good scrub, or better yet, buy some new stuff!
