Absolute disgrace of a customer service experience at this Subway location. Arrived at 101 Central Ave. in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada, at 7:37 PM, expecting a simple and efficient service as we had pre-ordered through the app. However, we were met with nothing but hostility and incompetence from the employee on duty. Despite providing clear proof of our order, the individual behind the counter not only refused to fulfill it but also treated us with utter disrespect and rudeness.
This employee's complete disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism is utterly unacceptable. It's deeply disappointing to encounter such appalling behavior, especially when we were simply expecting to receive the service we paid for. I strongly advise against patronizing this Subway location, as the abysmal customer service and lack of respect shown to paying customers are beyond redemption.
