Says all over their checkouts and menus, "skip the line order on the app" I did just that, and just like the many times before I stand there for 10 minutes to be asked finally what am I missing? I say my mobile order, then the employee looks at some screen and realized there was a mobile order for god knows how long. Gives me one item, then wait for 5 more minutes get the 2nd item. 5 minutes more waiting and same guys asks same question "sir, what are you missing" I say my other drink and timbits" looks at that screen again and looks like he scrolls down maybe and finally gets the rest of it. I think 8-10 customers that didn't "skip the line" got their stuff and left before I had all of mine.

Might want to streamline your mobile order system before plastering the place with ads about...

I went to Tim’s on the north side of the highway and asked for a Bagel with extra cream cheese. The lady put less then a normal person would on a regular one. So I asked if I could have a little cup of cream cheese for on the side. And she yelled at me. “This is how we do this here” “it looks extra to me” as I stood there shocked. My husband ended up having to go up because she was yelling at me in front of the entire store and let her know that no. I am right. That’s not extra and if she thinks so that badly we can speak to a manager and get them to decide. She ripped it outta my hands and made me a new one then yelled “is that enough???” So I grabbed it and left. All I wanted was a little cup for the side since she didn’t put enough. Instead she waisted it and I’m no longer going...

Got my Coffee thermos filled they did not Centre bung to hold the coffee in they put the cap that’s not liquid Seal back on then gave the thermos back and I drove away... when I call back to ask if they had the coffee thermos bung was at the store and the woman laughed and told he that it was there all the coffee was all over the clean clothing that was on my seat and my door and my seat and the carpet....I talk to the owner of the Tim Horton’s store he told me that he would get it the seat and the carpet steam cleaned in Regina where I live and now he’s going back on his word and saying he will not get the truck...
