Fushimi Sushi — Restaurant in Sydney

My wife and I visited yesterday not knowing it was take out only. It wasn't busy at the time so the young lady who was not only waiting on customers in the front and also making the sushi in the back, turned it into a dining in experience and it was outstanding. The sushi itself was delicious and she was very polite and accommodating, despite the many things she was doing at once. She also went on to explain that this business is owned and operated by three very young international students who attend CBU. The atmosphere is great, the people were kind and very respectful, although a very small place, and only able to sit three people, me, my sister, and dad had a great time. The decorations are incredibly beautiful, as well as the buff cat, made me giggle. The food took a bit of waiting, but ultimately worth it, as well they were able to accommodate my sister’s sesame allergy. This is my favorite sushi place here in Sydney. Love all the menus and service. The place is small so only 2 people can dine-in but they also do take-outs. The atmosphere is calming and it feels like you're in a different place. The food is always fresh so it will take some time for the order to be ready.
