Highland Fries — Restaurant in Sydney

Very rude. When I silently walked off after being told everything was turned off and, despite still being open they could serve anything. The counter get decided to yell at me as I left, again with no justification from me at all.

I’m sure the food is fine and the park is lovely but what does it say the clock starts yelling at customers they dissatisfied

I am very glad you chose to respond to my complaint, because it indicates the maturity level in which we are dealing with here.

A few corrections,

This was not just a Saturday, it was a Saturday during ribfest, arguably the biggest event, the park will host this year, and which closed at 10 o’clock. There was no sign, indicating that you had closed your kitchen earlier than the event was going for, and you were still waiting on customers. I also believe it was closer to 8 o’clock, then it was 9, as you ascertained, because my wife had just had supper there prior, and in fact recommended, I go there when she had finished. All and all, it was MAYBE an hour later.

As far as I was concerned, when I walked away, the matter was closed, until you made the effort to yell out after me, in front of a dozen other potential customers.

And now you chose to insult me in your review section, because apparently it’s satisfying customers is less important than...

My son and I ate there today and it's now my fave French fries. Thank goodness we live in Halifax bc I'd be eating those fries a lot! My son got a burger and fries and they were awesome and I got a one piece fish and chips and was given an extra piece bc he said the pieces were small. Hello amazing service! Their tartar sauce is the best I've tried, service was pleasant and pretty fast too! I'll most likely be back before we travel home bc...

Great food! Super nice staff. Food was Piping hot and you can tell he put care into it. Our hotdog buns were perfectly toasted and the poutine was awesome....
