Napoli Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sydney

Well let me see how my experience was. First isn't a lovely thing to see as approaching NAPOLI PIZZERIA RESTAURANT someone having there smoke break. I've watched them come in from there smoke break outside and not wash their hands before handling the pizza slices. Also really don't like the idea of people receiving MONEY in there hand and then using the same hand to pick up slices of pizza. Handling money is a very dirty way of passing on Bacteria and other diseases. Now imagine someone putting there dirty hands all over the piece of pizza that I was going to buy and enjoy. NO THANK YOU !!!!!!!! Very disgusting idea but very true. Now my experience tonight had to do with a man that was rather large in the face and wore glasses. Very rude and would not want that man to ever serve me again. No personality what so ever and very ignorant. You people are running a business not a clown circus. Wise up with your ways or I will contact health canada about your ways of handling food. Supervisor or owner should be shown and told what is going on in their place of business. Now they want a rating about the experience that I had. Below zero and wont eat or order from there again. I will do everything in my power to spread the word of this disgusting place and their dirty ways. Tourists run for the mountains you do not want to pay for the garbage they are shoveling out the door. I really hope that people are aware of their dirty ways !!!!!!!! Monday August 3 2015. Wow wow is all I can say. We were down town so we decided to get a pizza for supper. My sister Helen wanted Napoli’s. So we called and they said twenty minutes. So we went to Napolis and waited outside for twenty minutes. My sister went in to get it and they said we did not order from them. So my other sister who did the ordering recalled. The guy answered the phone and said the order was lost and the workers were not all as smart as him. Exact words . Apparently none of them fit the bill of being bright. He said he would make us one right away to go home and he would deliver the pizza free of charge. We went straight home. Coming up the road we could see the delivery guy on the step. Unbelievable. The pizza was cold. Paid 30/dollars for this pizza for extra cheese. No extra cheese. Called them and the owner female got on the phone and said there was nothing she could do. She said she watched her driver go out the door with the pizza. Now there is only one way to get to the pier from charlotte street. For a pizza that was not even started and the delivery guy waiting here when we got home. I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but I think I know what happened. That pizza was sent out on delivery by mistake and that is why the guy told us to go home. I will never never never order from Napoli again. I have to agree with the negative reviews on the food quality and taste. The pizza looked like a domino's or Pizza Hut pizza but tasted unfortunately like the box it came in.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza. The cook put the toppings under the cheese causing the cheese and toppings to slide right off the dough. I've only seen this a handful of times. It usually means your in for a disappointing pizza.

The pepperoni wasn't what I or anyone I know would consider pepperoni. It was closer to baloney and tasted really unpleasant.

The crust and dough weren't any better. Like others have said, it tasted like cardboard.

Based on the appearance of the pizza, it looks like frozen dough. The pizzas are shunted through a pizza "tunnel" instead of a standard pizza oven leading me to believe that it is frozen or factory made pizza dough instead of hand tossed.

The staff is really nice and friendly. The seem to enjoy what the do which is a plus, but unfortunately that really isn't what you go there for.

I hate to say this, but save your money, go to a store, and buy a name brand frozen pizza; it will taste better than what...
