Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Temiskaming Shores

The washroom is frequently filthy and hasn't been sufficiently cleaned in months. (I was a regular customer and have used the washroom multiple times over said months) The ceiling light above the toilet looked to be tampered with, which is a safety concern. (What if somebody set up a hidden camera to watch me on the toilet?) The walls had a week's worth of grime and one of the tables has been wobbly for over a decade now! They've messed up my order multiple times. On at least one occasion they refused to refund me for a product I did not ask for. That aside, the employee's helpfulness and friendliness are adequate. Every other pizza places in town have them beat taste-wise. Others I have spoken with have had pizzas with the bottoms burnt black. (Myself included) As someone who's grown up in this town and has fond memories, it saddens me that it's fallen from grace.

In its current state, I can't in good faith recommend this place when other places do not have these issues.

Update: The owner was respectful and was willing to address some of my concerns. I have modified my review to reflect this, and I will change my review further when I see these others issues resolved. I have changed from one star to two because I genuinely want this business to improve, but if half of these issues are still apparent even after 2 years I cannot in good consciousness...

Only complaint I have is that one driver who delivers pizza let's say if you're in North cobalt or haileybury Drives that black car always complains about the card machine doesn't work tries to scam you with tips and if he noticed that you're drinking. He will punch in the tip on his own without you knowing and try to make a sad scene to make you pay. Then go on that he won't deliver to you because you're not paying in cash, which is not your service at all. I think his name is Mike. However, I can be totally wrong. All I know he's drives that black car (Honda civic or hyundai) , my opinion, he shouldn't be a delivery guy. My opinion, if somebody asked me for a tip. They just lost her tip for just asking. Give me the machine. Let me put in my information and let me pay. He is the only one that complaints with debit card or credit card use. The website needs to be updated as well. You can deliver to North cobalt, but your website doesn't say you do and it's very helpful for me to pay online since I don't have to deal with that person for...

Well the fella initially repeatedly tried selling me what I'm guessing was a pepperoni pizza someone didn't pick up not sure . And I was wanting to order large pizza with 3 pop order 3 toppings . Hot pepper green pepper and bacon a fresh cooked pizza preferable as I have false teeth and pizza is already a stretch when reheated it's pretty tough for me to chew . I did mention I would prefer a new cooked pizza if at all possible and I am as always courteous in nature . I won't be getting pizza here again after this situation the pizza I did get was pretty tough to chew and hard to tolerate .he added a handful of cheese, green peppers and hot peppers to the already been cooked pizza and charged me for the large pizza and pop deal 😐 won't be back...
