Overall the food is okay, however, for the cost, I do have high expectations. The service was okay, but we waited a VERY long time to get our food, nearly two hours. This isn't really acceptable considering the prices.
Edit: Instead of denying what your customers say, you should learn how to accept feedback in order to improve. While I was there I spent nearly $500 on food and drink for a large group. I've reduced my score from a 3 to a 1 as the owner responded with (2 hours, sure you did) which was rude and basically calling me a liar. The point is, that from the time we entered to the time we got our main course was very long and unacceptable..
In case the owner changes his response here it is: 2 hours. Sure you did.
It’s never taken my staff 2 hours to deliver food. You’re obviously not telling the whole story. So yes I’m going to deny what you’re saying. Like I care if you lowered your score. Look at all the other comments. My prices are the lowest in town. My service is above the industry standard so you can take your high expectations and go eat somewhere else. I don’t need guests like you.
You had such a problem you could have approached my management team they would have been more than happy to help make things right. No. You go to social media after the fact and not tell the whole story. Grow up. Edit #2: It's funny that you are telling me to grow up, you're the one throwing a tantrum because of a three-star review where your customers waited a very long time to get their food. While I was there with 7 other people we waited a long time and even went out for cigarettes multiple times before the food arrived. If you had instead taken the constructive criticism and tried to make it right, I would have adjusted my score in the opposite direction. Maybe even an apology would have helped, instead, you decided that the right thing to do was to throw a childish tantrum and deny, deny, deny what your guests experienced.
NOTE: I recommend that anyone considering this restaurant to avoid it at all costs, if you have a problem the owner will throw a tantrum and potentially abuse you instead of handling it with care to ensure that customers continue to come back.

Read moreFood was good even (very) late at night. We asked if the kitchen was still open just in case. Excited that it was. Service was great as well, recommendations were on point and likely highly valued. The only loss of a star was that even though the appetizers came out timely the food took almost an hour, or, so it felt, I didn't dock more stars due to it being late at night. Seems that the kitchen had likely torn down in anticipation that there were no more large order customers or working on specific expectations from customers. My suggestion would be if the kitchen were to work on a limited menu closer to close in order to keep prep and clean-up to a minimum if this was the case. Half chicken was delicious and the veggies though would probably be considered raw to some were to my taste. The mashed potatoes were probably sitting for a while or, prepared from a bag before being served. Else everything else seemed very fresh, an unexpected twist to a day we're everything else seemed to have gone awry.

Read moreFirst visit was a five star last October, but this time, it wasn't off-season.......what a difference. Food was still pretty tasty, however, the service was very disappointing. We were seated by a very pleasant lady and right away a young girl came over for drinks, and that was good too.We were feeling positive and enjoying the view...... Then our waitress came and took our order she wasn't overly pleasant but we were enjoying our drinks anyways,and at that time I asked if we could get a couple waters with our dinners. Our dinner arrived, but when we flagged her down to ask about the water , her reply was " Well I'm VERY busy". ....What??? .........another girl brought our water. And then we didn't see anyone else again . No one asked if we wanted another beer, or any dessert. No one came with our bill or asked if we were done.....So we just went to the bar and paid our bill and left. But we did notice our blonde waitress who was so terribly busy spent at least 10 minutes at the table for 10 chatting it up and laughing....VERY BUSY WITH HER...
