If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!

Back at the end of September/beginning of October me and my family went to this location for lunch.

We placed our order for drinks our server took off quickly. when our drinks came out we placed our order for our appetizers, we were about to place our order, but the server took off.

By now we were extremely annoyed, it was not busy at all (there were MAYBE 3-4 other tables seated and 3-4 servers).

the people next to us finished up and left, our server started to clear that table.......we tried to call her over so we can order our food, she replied very rudely "YA I'll be there when I am done cleaning this table" by this time we have been waiting for approximately 20-25 mins. She took off after "cleaning the table" we sat there for another 10 mins and she finally came out and rolled her eyes at me with a look of disgust! after she took our order, in plain view she was talking to her co-workers about us and pointing at our table. The new group of people who came in 25 minutes after us was able to place their order and get their food before us as well as the group who came in 15 minutes after we placed our order got their food before us!

we tried to ask for a manager, but no one came. By this time, we were done and wanted to go somewhere else.

As we were getting ready to leave.......our food is ready..........and the manager was free to talk to us. The manager tried to guilt trip us into staying, commenting she will have to throw away the food if we don't just sit and eat it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

A bunch of us from work went to Terrace last saturday, to bowl and have dinner at Boston Pizza. We ended up having to reduce our group from 20 to 14 and the resturaunt was able to make the change. It was saturday night and the place had a fair number of dinners, our appatizers and drinks came in good time. The staff we interacted with were all nice and all 14 mains came out relatively around the same time, no complaints there. The only complaint I'd say is my coworker sitting across from me had the lasagna and Boston pizzas lasagna sucks. They need to seriously do better on that. Its just noodles with meat sauce. Me and my coworker to my left had the spicy chicken sandwiches with onion rings, that was super delicious. Really really great chicken sandwich. Onion rings were nice but its a $4 up charge and needs more onion rings for that to be acceptable. Also of note my bosses boss had the new square pepperoni with bacon and it looked great and he said it was the best thing he's ever had at a BPs and really great pizza on its own. The manager was also of note as being great to interact with. One thing they need to address is the wall behind us was in rough shape where people had backed chairs into it? Its a real quick fix overnight, and should be...
