This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Right off the start my family was stereo typed as loud and obnoxious because my sister is 10, so we were seated in the "child area" with a bunch of screaming toddlers and parents who don't care their child is disruptive. It took at least 30 mins for someone even to come and take out drink orders. And even then the server didn't seem thrilled to be helping us or even working at mr. Mikes. After a long wait my family finally had the chance to order and when it calamari starter came we were shocked when 90% of it was deep fried vegetables, and it actually only had 3 pieces of real calamari. When our full meal came there was something wrong with everyone's. ones steak was over cooked and tasted almost rotten. One had a burnt hamburger bun. Another had a bland meal and the third had parts on their pasta they specifically asked not to have. Overall this was one of my worst experiences in a restaurant. Everything was overpriced for a terrible meal. I would've rather spent the same amount at a much better/classier restaurant and order the same (but better meal) where they don't treat their costumers as slobs. First off, the atmosphere is great. It's got that perfect balance of being relaxed but still feeling like a proper night out. You can settle in, enjoy your company, and just soak up the good vibes.

And let's talk about the service – it was truly wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the staff were attentive, friendly, and just genuinely on top of everything without being intrusive. They really made the meal feel special.

Now, about the food: I tried the ribs. They were definitely solid – good flavour, decent tenderness. Honestly, they weren't the absolute best ribs I've ever had in my life, but they were still really enjoyable and well-prepared. It's important to mention that it is a bit pricey compared to some other spots, but for the quality of the service and the atmosphere, I felt it was justified for a treat.

Overall a fantastic choice for a steakhouse experience. The combination of the great atmosphere and the wonderful service really elevates the whole meal, making it a definite five-star...

Our waitress was amazing! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.. however we were there at 5:30 if that makes a difference in identifying this gem of a waitress! While we all had been served, the Manager Litha was helping as it was quite busy! He noticed the ribs my son had.. and he felt they were overcooked. They were., he offered to get him another order asap. Which he did! How often do you see a manager working the floor? Never imo! This amazing manager should be commended for his leadership skills.. He’s not only managing but he’s insuring the team he’s managing are attentive to each and every customer!! My hats off to him! I understand he’s only been managing for a short period of time. Mr Mikes needs to ensure that a manager of his calibre stays!! When you have great leadership you’ll have great staff!!
