I should explain my review maybe you will take action and it will be never happen with another person who is honest today. Tonight your supervisor “ Sean” (SEAN) at job
It's 11 o'clock in evening. I went to pick up order 1 hour ago in 23:30 saturday 28 june 2025 . I went just two kilometers and this order cancelled from delievery company so I am honest that's why I came back to restaurant and I return this food and I explained this matter and requested please give food to new delivery driver. Its my honesty I am in canada and here i learned honesty
Now I got an other New Order and when I picked up order after I dropped order. I got email and notification merchant Give thumbs down. It's mean merchant. Give bad rating its mean next one month i will not get order from this restaurant because delivery company will not give me more order from this restaurant for one month so I went back I asked manager what I did wrong. May be I can improve myself but he told because I gave you this bad rating without reason .Why because you picked up another order and you return to me. That's why I was angry and I released my frustration on you and he promised to me. I will call to delivery company and I will remove this bad rating because I gave you this rating without reason. I came home and I was waiting but still he didn't remove. this attitude is unacceptable in Canada because it is insulting it is humiliated nobody have a right without reason give to someone bad rating and hurt .

Read moreCame to this Popeyes today around 4:50pm. I asked the young gentleman that was working at the till if they still sold the $9.00 deal with the 2 pieces of chicken as I did not see it on the window as a deal and had not been there in a couple of weeks. He assured me that they still had the deal and that it was called the big box meal. He typed it into the register and it showed the deal on the till screen. I told him that I was going to make a purchase at the Subway nearby and would come back to purchase the box in a few mins. When I came back 10 minutes later, another young later came to the register to take my order. I asked for the $9.00 box meal. She then proceeded to tell me that they no longer sold the box. The worker I spoke to before that assured me they sold the box chimed in and told the lady that I was there 10 minutes ago and that he told me they still sell the box. He even told the other worker that he had just sold a box just a few minutes ago to another customer. She continued to say they do not sell the box and that they discontinued it a while back. Whatever the case may be, it was their fault for the confusion and should of been able to deal with it a different manner. If the deal no longer exists, then why did it still show up on the till when I initially came in and asked about it? Mistakes happen of course and I totally understand that, but the way a company deals with a mistake says a lot about their establishment. I was really looking forward to ordering food from there as a treat for my daughter. This was just the height of...
Read moreI ordered food through the Drive-thru, and while the experience started off okay, it ended on a disappointing note. The order taker might need re-training. The store wasn’t busy until another car pulled up behind me, so I don’t understand why your team member seemed so rushed that they couldn’t even hear me properly.
The person (possibly the manager?) who brought my order to the second window also didn’t make the experience any better. I waited at the window, thou time of waiting is reasonable but all I got was a quick “here’s your order.” No thank you for waiting, no smile—not even a hint of effort to provide good customer service. Terrible service!
I’ve worked in the food service industry, so I understand how tiring it can be, but that doesn’t excuse taking it out on customers. I was just craving chicken strips and thought of Popeyes, but this experience left a bad taste.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews unless I feel it’s necessary, but your team needs to be reminded of the importance of customer relationship management (CRM). I wasn’t given a receipt, not even inside the bag, which makes me wonder if it was intentional to avoid being called out by name.
Looks like the store is at slack time (non-busy). I just thought, the staff/manager might be eager to finish up and head home, but that’s no reason to be rude to a customer who did...
