This is my second visit to 7143 winterburn Subway. I usually give benefit of the doubt to same locations. As this is 24 hr but only drive thru. Placed my order online. This gave me an approx time to be ready. I had to wait an additional 15 mins. The staff member at the time greets with "hello" ( like answering a phone call. ) After letting her know I have a pick up order. Response was "I'm still making it, come to the window.". Courtesy of customer service comes a long way with please and thank you, unfortunately this store is unaware of what customer service on multiple occasions. I will be avoiding this location as I can get a sub from a gas station with better service if this is the case. You may advertise fresh but lack customer service and welcoming does not seem to be on the menu.
If you are going to tell me you are working on making it better. Based on the reviews, i would recommend not opening 24 hrs. Another option is train your sandwich artists customer service and speed up making subs.
Please review the presentation of the sub that I recieved. Not very appealing. Good news is the paper was easy to removed and not grilled to the sub. (Others review and concern)
Thank you for taking the time to reading...
Read moreWent though the drive through window and revived an abundance of attitude and quiet a few “HOLD ON x3” while trying to order the cheese and bread for our sandwhiches , I had all the orders typed out neatly to make it as easy as I possibly could for the drive through employee, who didnt greet us or seem to know we had even pulled up, I had to get the attention on the employee through the speaker after a few seconds. After we had finished the first portion of our orders (bread cheese toasted/not) the sandwiches were not in order and the veggies had to be repeated for at-least two out of our five sandwiches, which is completely fine if I hadn’t been interrupted every order. After we received the sandwiches they were poorly packaged and the bread was already soggy our wait time to get the sandwiches was probably about 5 minutes so the soggy bread was odd, also considering the sauces were near nowhere to be found. Upon further consumption the entirety of the group reported stale bread, and unmelted cheese, it does seem like they were toasted slightly just not enough to cover the old bread taste. Overall was super disappointed with the service and food quality from the...
Read moreIt was cold this evening March 14 but there were still several people in line ordering when I arrived just after 6pm tonight at Winterburn road near the Costco and Subway can often be very slow with so many people placing their sandwich orders exactly to their liking. I didnt have to wait too long and I confirmed with the staff first, that I could use the coupon my husband and I received in the mail which was for 2 footlong cold cut subs for $13.99. I was so impressed with the staff who, altho busy, were attentive, kind and efficient at their job. I'm not sure if I was expecting much being a cold cut sub but with the coupon/price it seemed a good choice tonight and it was. I haven't been to any Subway in a long time and the service was really great there. They built the sandwiches so well, got everything right just as asked and could not have been a more friendly group of workers. Well done young employees. I could not wait to get home just 5 minutes down the road to enjoy our subs and they were very tasty. It's not often that Subway coupons come our way in the Hamptons but I am so glad we received some this month and decided on...
