Worked in food service before, the people who taught me were adamant to even wash your hands before you put on new gloves….. I usually read reviews before I go places but the Prime time in Oliver square is amazing every time, just near a friends. So I see 6 people waiting, the guy keeps taking orders, with gloves on, touches the POS, then goes back and man handles a person order with the same gloves. Then I read the reviews. It’s Friday at 9 PM. Clearly understaffed, not following safe food procedures. Assuming the couple working are the owners. If you see this many reviews, maybe take the advice. Hire another staff member to help on peak hours. And definitely change your gloves when using the POS.
If you hired a teenager to handle the POS, you can keep cooking and not have to worry about so many complaints about the above.
No rudeness or disrespect, just advice from a business standpoint point. And with this many reviews… it’ll be a matter of time before you get shut down if you don’t make changes, from a sanitary stand point.
2 stars because you are friendly and working hard. Might update once I actually try the food.
Update: Food was actually decent, fries were kinda cold, not crispy compared to DT probably cause rushing, paid for extra meat and not the same as regular as DT.

Read moreDisgusting action......as my Donair was being made....a piece of meat fell on the floor and was promptly picked up and thrown back into the food bin where the meat was being held. I quickly addressed what my wife and I witnessed with the person preparing my Donair and she apologised and said it was a mistake....I tend to believe her as she is a young individual but this action is unacceptable in any restaurant....especially when the kitchen is in open view of the customers.
I requested my money back numerous times as she tried to convince me that she would rectify the problem.....but the meat bin was full and now contained a piece that was just picked off the floor! I declined and asked for a refund numerous times before she refunded me. It is very unfortunate to see such carelessness in food preparation. I feel bad for the young person but she needs to be much more thoughtful/careful when working/preparing food.
Additional training of the staff by the owners of this franchise business is clearly a necessity. I will never be back to this location and the franchise itself has been...

Tried calling ahead to place an order, but the restaurant kept putting us on hold and never came back—after several attempts, we gave up and went in person. When we arrived, only one person was working, and he seemed overwhelmed. He started by saying everything would take extra time, which I understood, but I asked if he could at least take my order so I could pay and come back to collect it.
When I picked up the order, it was wrong. I pointed it out politely, but his response was rude and dismissive. I even offered to pay separately for the missing item just to get it resolved, but again, he refused and said it would take extra time, clearly not wanting to deal with it.
To make things worse, the food was disgusting. The donair had bones in it — completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. At that point, it was clear this place doesn’t care about customer service or food quality.
Very frustrating experience overall. I won’t be returning and would strongly caution others before...
