I normally don’t write negative reviews, but the employee working at this location today around 5 PM was SO unpleasant and rude that I actually ended up leaving with one sandwich instead of the four and salad that I intended to come in and get. Was so frustrated that I left without grabbing her name, but she seemed late 20s mid 30s of south Asian descent and I believe she had glasses. I came in while she was starting to prepare I believe either a Pick Up or delivery order, which consisted of at least four sandwiches (I assumed because of the amount of wrapping paper she put down). She told us to give her a second which we happily complied, because we understand. which I responded very nicely, as to not make her feel pressured saying “no absolutely take your time” we even decide to sit down to wait, so we’re not standing there hovering over her while she makes the sandwiches and making her uncomfortable. once she was done with the sandwiches, she called us over and we started to order. right off the bat, she had an immediate attitude. Which I tried to give her a bit of grace and let it go because you never know what someone is going through, maybe she had a rough day, but I was trying to be extra nice in case that is what happened. At first we asked for a sandwich, and she seemed like she was rushing us, not even letting us finish our sentence before interrupting and asking what we wanted next, which I let go and was still being very patient with in the beginning. we then asked for a salad, and was asking her for help since we didn’t see any on the menu, which she rudely and rushingly replied,” which rice bowl do you want we can make a salad out of anything” which confused us because we asked for a salad not a rice bowl, but she just seem to get even more pissed off at our confusion. But while the first sandwich was still in the middle of being made, she was rushing us with our other orders, & cutting me off while I’m trying to order. I noticed how she was responding to my sister making her sandwich and she looked extremely annoyed and was rolling her eyes when I asked for things such as extra lettuce and mayo. so I decided that we will just finish the sandwich that has already been made and just pay for that. I have never been so appalled at customer service. I would understand if we were rude to her in some kind of way, but we were trying our best to be understanding since we saw that she was busy. Even at the end after her crappy attitude, We still ended up just paying for that one sandwich that she made so we don’t waste her time and ingredients even though she truly deserves all of those sandwiches being made, and left without being paid for. I won’t snub this location completely but however, if I ever see her behind the counter. I am asking to be serviced by a different employee, or just simply leaving. I encourage you do the same if you want to avoid a sucky experience. Disgusting behaviour and should be taken up with management before she tanks the reviews...

My family and I have been ordering from here for the past 12 years and today was my only bad experience. Normally I would leave Five Stars, usually the customer service is excellent and the food is always great. But unfortunately today it wasn’t. I sent my partner in with a very clear order, he gave his phone to the employee to complete the order. When I got my Turkey Bacon Sub, I noticed the bacon was very cold, definitely wasn’t heated up. My nieces Steak & Cheese sub was supposed to be toasted but was not and her meat was cold, also not even heated up. Not really a big deal but I was a little disappointed considering the amount of money spent. I decided to call the restaurant. The employee who answered the phone heard the beginning of my complaint than said she will put me on with the employee who made my order. I told her my issues and she proceeded to argue that it was not as I say that she followed what my order list said but if she did that the sub would have been toasted and not cold, especially steak. She than said I’ll let you talk to the manager, she put the employee I first spoke to back on and she was laughing saying I’m not a manager but what’s the problem. So again I told her my complaints and she said the lady followed instructions and there’s nothing she will do. I asked her, so you want to disregard my complaints and have me be an unhappy customer, pretty much said yes and that instructions were followed. Ugh, honestly I’m not one to complain, especially such minor things but I found it very rude that she would just rather me be an unhappy customer and never return than to simply offer an “I’m sorry that happened.” This Subway location is across from my house, I’m a regular customer, if I walked in there they’d know who I am, I’m also a very generous tipper but from now on, I will drive out of my to go to...
Read moreLady there tonight started making my subs, and rang me up at the til while my subs were in the oven. Told her I had a scan code for the 2 subs for 17.99. She advised the code said invalid as she wakes back to making the subs, saying to check the participating locations. I pulled up the info to show this location was participating, she said okay try scanning again. Said invalid. I said the reason I came was to redeem this offer presented to me and won’t be proceeding if I’m now being told to pay the more than 5 additional I did not have on me as I was paying cash. She started getting mad at me saying it wasn’t her fault and that I should have told her I had a scan code earlier. Never heard of someone walking in and telling staff you have a coupon and then order your food. Also advised her I never said it was her fault. She tried discounting me 10% and I responded saying again I was presented this offer which is what I should be paying, your machine is obviously not working, and I’m not going to pay more because it’s not working. She then said the machine is fine, the code is invalid, it’s not my fault. What a round circle productive response. Since she kept saying the same thing I guess id do the same by saying, the code is fine, the location is participating as you can see and the expiry date has not passed, that would imply the machine isn’t fine it’s not working and I again never said it was your fault. She threw a temper tantrum and shut off the lights while I was still inside and said okay leave. You bet I will, won’t be supporting garbage service...
