attention: this order was done through the app.
This review could be unfair due to them saying that they had a new guy on staff. But anyways I ordered two orders on the app, two pizza subs and one order and two chicken ranch clubs on the other order. Picked up the subs, headed out of town gave the subs out to the people, both pizza subs did not have cheese, only sauce and a few pieces of pepperoni. On the bacon chicken ranch subs there was no ranch or cheese (go to the app and see the description you will see it clearly states what's in it) Lol. When I called in the girl is the one who told me that they had a new guy on staff that he probably forgot the cheese, and then the reason for the no ranch they said was because you have to select it in the app. It doesn't make sense why you have to select it in the app it says they can chicken ranch which would imply you are obviously ordering bacon chicken ranch a sub. In my opinion, it was just another screw up that they didn't want to admit to. Four subs for wrong orders, never again. In person they couldn't have messed up because it's obviously right there and you can tell them when you want but if you're going to use the app, skip...
Read moreWent in tonight for subs, the music was so loud that the girl who was at the first station couldn’t hear my orders. I ordered a Canadian Club and she made a turkey and bacon instead , I ordered a sub on multigrain and she took out Italian white and was about to cut it when I told her again that the sub was on multigrain she then took out the correct sub bun. She didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Then I ordered a second foot long and she again didn’t listen to the order and took out a 6 inch and was about to cut it when I again had to tell her that it was a foot long. The girl at the first station seemed clueless. No hair nets or no Subway hats were worn and her hair was in her face.. Avoid Subway until these matters...
Read moreI was shocked to find out the subway staff don't get to keep the tips left in the tip jar. Times are tough right now and the people working at lower wages need help. I thought I would drop my change into the tip jar to help the sandwich artist out who made me a great meal. After releasing the change they told me I might as well keep my change because their boss takes all the tips... WHAT??
I looked on Reddit and this is standard practice at Subway according to what people have to say about Subway.
This blows my mind. The employees here are keeping the restaurant clean and making delicious food while being entertaining and courteous. Doesn't that deserve a tip?
Shame...
