Burger King — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

I have given burger King 3 tries over the last 4 years abd honestly the fiod snd customer service is appauling . I try calling with the issue and get NO acknowledgement or resolution, the food is OLD,COLD AND MOLD on the buns ....absolutely disgusting and ALL I GOT WAS WELL BRING THE FOOD BACK SO WE CAN SEE IF YOUR LYING TO US TO GET FREE FOOD . I always try to contact the restaurant directly as being in the Foodservice industry and Hospitality I completely understand that mistakes can be made and do sometimes happen but after this response when I call with an issue and I was not rude because again I feel for others who work in this industry knowing exactly what it's like to be on the other end in the restaurant. Do yourself a favour don't waste your money or your time supporting a place such as this.They are more concerned but their pennies than they are about proper food service it's not safe the food practiceses here will make...

It hurts me to give you 5 stars. Today I had a cheat meal and I ended up landing on Burger King. The service was fast and friendly in the drive-thru. I just found out that the company has changed their slogan to “Be Your Way.” I’m assuming it means be who you want to be, or you do you. If I may offer a slight edit. Maybe something like “Be Your Way, unless you hurt others physically and emotionally.” It’s a mouthful I know. Probably why I’m not in marketing professionally. That being said. If I had it my way, every fast food place would have 1 star rating for their food. It was scientifically designed to taste delicious. And it did. Ordered inside twice this week, same cashier each time. Cashier cannot speak or understand english very well. I noticed other customers had a hard time aswell (along with the same cashier having issues), each other customer who ordered while I was waiting actually. First time I went in the Roasted garlic King (Sub Impossible patties) was barely sparsely supplied with the condiments, a pathetic looking burger whereas I've ordered at other Burger King locations with the sandwich properly supplied with condiments. The 2nd time I went in they refused to substitute patties for Impossible patties. Both times took too long compared to what I'm used to waiting at other Burger King locations.

1 Star because so many customers had a hard time with the cashier, took so much time for everyone to repeat and correct...
