Milktease Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

I stopped by Milkteas and tried their Taro Bubble Tea—it was really good! The flavor was smooth, creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The texture of the tapioca pearls was spot on—chewy and fresh, exactly how they should be. The drink itself was well-balanced, not too powdery or artificial like some places tend to be.
