I ordered through the App on Christmas Day. My family and I were so excited to some KFC on Christmas. After placing my order at 1800, when it said delivery time was 1837 and nothing came by 1845, I called the support number. No answer, go figure, it's Christmas. So, I do the next best thing and find out what locations are ACTUALLY OPEN and it turns out, that there was one nearby. I call them, ask about my order and where it is, and they let me know that the location I ordered from is under renovations and won't be open for a while. I tried asking, "then why would the app suggest I order from a closed location?". She didn't know. Obviously, she's just a cashier at a different location, but she was nice enough to give me another number to contact. So, I'm on hold again and realize I'm not going to get through to anyone today and just got SCAMMED out of my $52.50CAD order. It's a damn shame that the apps are so mis-managed that they can't simply state location is temporarily closed. We were so excited for some quality Christmas Dinner but unfortunately no one works on Christmas, and no one at KFC cooperate knows how to run their app. Overall the food is stellar, hence why we wanted KFC on Christmas. From the moment I stepped in, Hetal greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile that made me feel instantly at ease. She was not only attentive and courteous but also took the time to patiently explain menu options and make helpful suggestions based on my preferences. Her attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring my order was accurate and served promptly.
What really stood out was Hetal’s genuine enthusiasm and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. she went above and beyond, checking in to see if everything was to my satisfaction and offering to assist with anything else I might need. Her professionalism, coupled with his friendly demeanours, truly made my dining experience memorable.
It’s rare to come across such dedicated employees who truly care about their customers, and Hetal is a shining example of that. KFC is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Thank you, Hetal, for your outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back!

Read moreBad online order experience. I called 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time to find that they had not even started to prepare my order. KFC tried to make it right by emailing me an apology in the form of a free small popcorn chicken. "Please accept our deep fried apologies" is what it read. They gave me a whole 2 weeks before their deep fried apology expires. Unfortunately the wound is still too fresh, and I will not be able to redeem your thoughtful, and most importantly, expiring apology. Based on historical performance, there is really no guarantee that they would show up if I'd ordered them anyway. I hesitate to place orders online now, suspecting that online orders get tossed on the back burner as a lower priority when customers are in the restaurant. The website says that I'm a KFC VIP.
