This was a horrible experiences! My husband went to subway for lunch today and got very poor service. He orded me a chicken bacon melt in a warp the woman who made the wrap didnt even ask what cheese or veggie he wanted on it. He was paying for his sub and asked if that was for the sub and the wrap and it wasnt! so he had to do two sepreat transations. As he is paying for them the woman is already wrapping up the wrap and has put what ever topping she wanted she did not ask what he wanted on it and then she put so much ranch on it and i didnt even want ranch! When he asked what was even onbthe wrap she scoffs abd tell my husband and he tell her he wanted more stuff on it she seemed really pissed about this and then just puts it in the press. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and she pointed at both types of chicken, actually raising her voice at me asking which one I wanted.. the standard is usually rotisserie so I assumed by ordering it would be the standard build and there is no reason get angry. She rolled her eyes at me as well.
After I left I seen the subs weren’t toasted. Chicken was cold. In this image you can actually see how soggy and wet the bread is that it is actually mushy and falling apart. I couldn’t even really eat it because it was like there was water on it.
