I had a terrible experience while trying to order a pizza over the phone. When I called, the worker was incredibly rude and dismissive. She refused to accept my order without providing any valid explanation, and then abruptly hung up on me. Despite trying to remain polite and patient, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior. When I attempted to call back, the situation worsened. She accused me of harassing them, which was completely unfounded as I was merely trying to place an order for a pizza. This baseless accusation was both shocking and insulting. She then hung up on me again, further compounding my frustration. I tried calling one more time, hoping to resolve the issue, but I was ignored. Read morePlaced an order. 1 Hour in I call Pizza Hut to check the status of the order and was told the food should be there in 5 minutes. 30 Minutes later I call again was told the food was not delivered as I did not answer the door when they knocked. I live in an apartment building. They did not call nor ring my buzzer. They apparently just knock on a lobby door. I was then told I can re-order or cancel. Total time of to get order 2 hours and 15 minutes. Where I waited outside the second time until my food arrived and they still didn't go to the front door. I had to go find them in the parking lot....
