Literally one of the worse restaurant experiences I’ve ever had I’m not exaggerating . This isn’t a story about horrible food with hair in it , no one was rude, simply they could care less there was no service to the point that I felt we deserved a 50% discount just for coming in. We’ve been there before and it was decent the other times. not like great but decent somewhere between 3-4 stars. Today was simply embarrassing, we sat at the bar where I think there were 2 maybe even 3 bartenders on duty. It was hard to tell because none of them spend anytime behind the bar other than when someone came to pour a pint. One person spoke to us about 10 mins after we sat down took part of our order and that was the last time we spoke to anyone until the end when we requested our order to go. We slipped in without speaking with the hostess and went straight to the bar, we had one contact with the bartender 10 mins after we arrived and the next time we spoke to someone is when we were leaving some 30 mins later when we went to wait by the door after asking for our food to go. During our 40 mins the bartenders more less avoided the bar there was no manager to be seen , it was awkward. felt super unwelcome. Wanted to order a beer but never got the chance after our initial order. Saw the manager for 2 seconds at the end seemed helpful but clearly had no idea what is going on in the restaurant. One of the bartenders then brought the food at the end dropped it off at the hostess station with the debit machine and peeled off. It’s going to be awhile before we try coming back, it’s too bad really definitely regretted sitting at the bar and we initially went there because we thought the service would be better.
