Robin's Donuts — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

I'm new to the area and discovered Robin's after having an awful experience with harassment from the staff at Tim Hortons down the street. The staff at Robin's was very friendly and professional. Interacting with friendly and capable staff in the morning is a delight and a positive way to start one's day. I got an old fashioned plain to share with my pups but it was awesome because they also had dog treats for them too. I very highly reccomend this coffee shop. No food..staff outside majority of shifts..people all over entrance sitting in parking stalls. No direction for customers safety. Unsanitary. Owner dies not enforce anything. Hard a blind eye. Loiterers reg do not even buy from them. Hangout for drug deals and John's..has never abided by covid rules. No auto door for wheelchair. Course doesn't matter as others park in disability spot and hoard on the walkway to door. Owner does nothing about it. Coffee no longer good. ...

Came here before work one morning for a coffee and some breakfast. We went through the drive thru and the lady asked us what we wanted, went silent for a minute and then comes back and goes “what was it that you wanted” as she completely forgot we were there and must have started doing something else. Extremely rude and unprofessional as well, does not care about customers and will never go back here again. Probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life....
