I indulged today at Roosters Bistro. Ordered the Big Breakfast. It came with 2 eggs, sausage, home fries, toast and my choice of pancakes or waffles. I believe my server said that Tomato slices were also an option. Roosters is a fantastic place for breakfast or lunch. This is the perfect place to bring my grandma when she comes to town. My grandmother has a ton of rooster nick knacks in her apartment. Needles to say, she feels very much at home when eating at Roosters. Not just because of the decor, the food is insanely good. I've never left hungry, nor have I ever had a bad meal at Roosters Bistro. I misplaced my receipt, but I think I remember my servers name being Caprice maybe? I apologize if I messed your name up. She had a bunch of wicked tattoos, and she made sure that the birds didn’t eat my breakfast when I ran to put money in the parking meter. She was spot on this morning, keeping my coffee and water full. Thank you for a tremendous dining experience today. There is limited indoor seating. Outdoor patio is available. Take-out is also an option. The Marina is just a hop, skip and a jump away if you want a great view with phenomenal food. Fair prices as well as gluten-free options if that's what blows your hair back these days.

Fast service not long wait time food was good..breakfast was cooked the way I wanted my eggs ..Here again service is not up to par they forgot our table we were here before the place got busy...but they quickly filled up, our order was not taken in a timely manner, the owner then came over took our order quickly, people that were here after us got food first. The potatoes that were on my plate tasted lil off so I didn't eat them, eggs Benedict tasted good as usual. Coffee was good... The owner was very abusive to his staff. Another family was waiting for six family to show up, this is when the owner bullied them into giving up the tables they put together upon which the family showed up five min later and not able to eat breakfast and very disappointed and I'm sure hungry. I also observed him bulling his staff....whatever rag they used to clean the tables with left a stinky residue on the table which I could smell throughout our meal. The busier the place became the more agitated the owner became with his staff which in turn made them very disorganized. When the owner came to take our order he asked where our menus were I tried to replie but he quickly cut me off mid sentence.

Went here this morning with my friends to grab breakfast and we were 6 in number. Our waitress was just so wonderful! Service was just great and so quick. The portions too were so large. when I ordered the heat seeker, I had them add bacon and sausages. When the meal came out, I wished I had just ordered it without the extra addictions because it was so large. I was full and I was given the option to take the rest away. The breakfast and hot chocolate was just deliciously divine! I will be back I really like spicy food when I can get it and when I ordered the heat seeker, I was thinking well it probably won't be spicy but it was surprisingly great and spicy! I LOVED it! Not the kind of spicy that stresses you out but you enjoy. So I really enjoyed it! We will be back!

When to get a look. Heard people say to go try it out. We got seared quickly. And overheard people asking for their food. So it was questionable how the kitchen is able to handle the volume. So we ordered coffee and I asked for water. The water was asked for 2x by me and 1x by my date. It arrived with the bill. We waited roughly 40min for food. And even the starter salad showed up with the meal. The food was delicious though. Good finn works. We sat at the very back. It was busy. And lots of people were waiting. And one couple complained about their dish, it was covered in something. Didn't look appealing but could be alright. I won't be recommending, you should always go try for yourself.

We came to the rooster and sat on the patio. The ambience was nice - picnic tables on a quiet street downtown. The service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and fast. She was an extremely good multitasker. The food was outstanding. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time! We got the big breakfast with waffles and bacon. The toast was fresh, the home fries were real potato (not deep fried trash) and very fresh. The bacon was good, the eggs were high quality and the waffle was delicious!! They even offered local maple syrup. The portion was also very big. We loved it here and will definitely be back!

Tldr: food was amazing (the hollandaise? Oof, go off), portion is very good! Went for a brunch and it was soooo good. It was spacious and didn't feel like you're eavesdropping ppl's conversations. The service was nice. Everything came out hot and promptly. The portion was amazing. Dare I say that the price was very much worth it! The benny menu all sounded intriguing but we got the steak and it was amazing. The hollandaise sauce was one of the best we've ever had! Even though it was slathered with it, it was never sickening (or too much) even until the last bite! Good post hangover food place ngl lol
