TacoTime — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

So, I was ordering via drive though and as soon as I came to the window to pick up the order, the manager came and told me that didn't I check the app, I have to come to the front door to collect. I was a bit confused and told her that I was there to collect my fries that they have forgotten to give me in the first place with my combo order. Even after telling her that, she told me that don't you do Skip the Dishes. I politely told her that I havent worked as a skip driver in my life to which she just disappeared and went inside. She did not apologize for stereotyping me because I am an international Indian student, she assumed that I was there for picking up and order for the Skip and started laughing with other coworkers. It was humiliating as they did not give us our complete order in the first place, didn't listen to what I was telling them over the speaker, stereotyped me and instead of giving me 2 mexi fries for the previous order, she handed me one and I had to ask for another one. Tried to go here on twice on the weekend and they were closed both days. I understand being closed for Thanksgiving day, but why the whole weekend? Also if your going to do that then atleast update your hours on google, so people like me do not drive into town to get everyone on our jobsite Taco Time when it is closed. Luckily I tried that new BarBurrito across the street and ended up paying far less money for what turned out to actually be better food. I even went back the next day to get more. Needless to say between this and the past screw ups I won't be back. Closing for that weekend was the bitter sweet, as I used to go to TacoTime once or Twice a week and crave it, but now I found something much better tasting and much healthier...

Absolutely terrible customer service and will never be back…came in and ordered quite a few things, there was a girl with glasses working, she was very rude to me with bad attitude and made me very uncomfortable, I understand that people have bad days and get frustrated but to do that to a good customer is beyond me..I’m already going through chemo and to be treated so poorly for absolutely no reason was disappointing to say the least.. I have been coming to taco time for years and never experienced something like this. should have gotten her name but just ignored it. But was wearing glasses, taco time do better for your customers.. you need to review the girl with the glasses, she is not fit...
