Well it started out with a small mix up as I ordered food but was not all there. But I called and was quickly fixed and told that on my next order there will be added items missed and that's fine with me!
Food was great and well worth it! I love rice so I had to make more for all that sauce as the sauce is my favorite. I will order again! Curry Chicken (mouth watering) Chicken Vindaloo (very good) Butter Chicken (spicy goodness) Chicken Tiki Masala ( Full of Flavor) Naan Bread (Very Fresh) Thank you for a great meal!

Read moreLunch here is served buffet style, this is not my first visit, actually a frequent flyer at this establishment because the food is good, even have a stamp card however this is most likely my last visit. My last visit because of the service.
One of the key etiquette tips when eating at a buffet is to grab a new plate when going up for another round. Well not today and not for this other couple. These patrons would bring their plate up, place their plate right over the buffet ingredients tilt it in and scoop up some sloppy seconds. Picture the plate of half eaten food lingering over pots probably dropping crumbs into your buffet. Want to make sure you get all of sticky rice of the spoon give it a few bangs into your used plate. Might as well have licked the shared serving spoons?
I confronted the couple and asked them politely to grab a new plate only to be told a few things I shall not repeat here on this public forum. They also stated that it appeared that I did not work at the restaurant and that I should mind my business. At this point we decided it was best to leave because we could not go back up to the buffet after witnessing this behavior from both of them.
We paid our bill, the server and cashier aware of what transpired told us that this sometimes happens and nothing they can really do about it. Really! They basically witnessed the whole thing and chose not to do anything about. I am not crying about a refund, never expected one. I am crying about the fact that they never confronted the couple and informed them to please use clean plates on return trips nor did they attempt to remove the serving dishes in question. Next guy's tasty dish I guess.
The food is tasty, but remember it might be food from somebody else’s dish. This is a level of sharing I am not...
Read moreThis was only my second time ordering food from Monsoon so I wasn't overly familiar with their menu but after reviewing it online, I called and placed an order. They have amazing food; however, I found myself rather disappointed in their service today. I ordered in advance for a specific pick-up time and had to wait, which I didn't mind too much as the wait wasn't more than 10 minutes. But I spent $55 on my order only to find that I was missing little things when I opened the bag at home. The sauce that accompanied the samosas wasn't there and I had only 1 dish of rice with the 2 chicken entree dishes that I ordered. I called them and was told "oh yeah sorry we ran out" (in regards to the mint and tamarind chutney typically served with the samosas) and then when I inquired about the rice, I was told "only 1 dish is complimentary". I guess I had expected to be told in advance that there was no chutney sauce either when I called hours earlier to place my order, or when I stood there and waited for my order to be prepared. Also, why don't you tell people that there's only 1 dish of complimentary rice and/or suggest that a customer purchases a side dish? I would suggest you put this in writing on your online menu, along with the prices of each item to prevent any further disappointment. For the amount I paid I expected more. Your food is fantastic but as a former server in the restaurant industry I can tell you that your customer...
