Quite poor customer service. I had come here after work to stop for a quick drink, around 5-6pm, and it took 8+ minutes for my order to be taken. I had walked in, the drive through was empty. There was someone in the drive through area cleaning the area, and a person at the front counter right in front of me, also cleaning, and a person in the lobby cleaning. I had watched 3-4 cars come through the drivethrough, have their order taken and served, not busy at all while I waited for someone to take my order. After waiting so long, I started to download the app to see if I could order online just so I didn’t waste my time going in there and hoping for my order to be taken, which was then when someone finally took my order.

Read moreI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience. The customer service was unacceptable—staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. It felt like my presence was an inconvenience rather than a priority.
The food quality was equally poor. I received was stale and unappetizing.
To make matters worse, the hygiene standards were alarming. Tables were sticky, the floors were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the location left a lot to be desired. This made the entire dining experience unpleasant and uninviting.
