If I could give it zeros I would… I moved here recently and just tried it for the first time. The waitress came to us quickly and took out order. Then my meal came out but my boyfriend’s meal did not. She went back to punch his order in and mine stayed at the table. Once his finally came, there was raw meat in his meat poutine. We asked if we could have his remade with no sausage (the only raw meat). I watched the chef pick out the raw meat with bare hands, moving through the plate/poutine and then cook the sausage and put it back into the same plate. This is a health hazard as you contaminated the cooked food with raw meat and then refused to remake it and put cooked meat in the already contaminated food. My meal became cold by the time his meal was served properly. I mentioned that at this point my food is now cold and the waitress responded with “well it was served hot”… I am sitting down at a restaurant so we can eat at the same time but we’re being served at different times. Read moreThere was MOLD on the fruits on both of my and my wife’s dishes. I asked to change the dish they just changes the fruit that has mold on it. I could still see the mold spots on my dish touching my english muffins. We asked to talk to supervisor or manager and she ( I guess the owner) came with a very unprofessional manner telling us ok the mold is removed and the rest of your food is clean!!! She obviously doesn’t have any knowledge about the molds and its micro-scale distribution. Also she mentioned that: OK your bill is 45$ you can pay 41$ !!! I wasn’t looking for 3$ or any discount. Your behavior, your response to how to deal with the issue and the way you just changed that piece of food was 0 out of 100. Also, it was our first visit here and we were observing the environment for the first time and wanted to make conversation with the front counter that I heard she said move on guys follow her. Read moreVery very busy place there was a queue of at least 15 people when I entered and you have to place your name with one of the service to get onto the list... The cue did down the market they quickly, roughly a 10 minute wait... I think that this was due to the fact that it was a Saturday Rush (I did notice that while I was in there that thing seemed to calm down over the space of an hour)
They certainly are incredibly fast and efficient with getting to the table and providing you with drinks and whatever else you need before the meal
There is a very fast turnover of customers this is a very fast moving environment you can still hear yourself in a conversation.
It seems to be a bit chaotic on the surface but actually it is a very well organized and very well run operation...
Excellent food well presented and the amount of food was well proportioned it wasn't grossly overflowing yet it was just the right amount somebody really has thought of portion sizing incredibly well
