Was so happy to see open after it had been closed during the pandemic and for kitchen renovations. The prices have increased, I paid $30 for two 2 item dinners. The food quality and quantity has really gone downhill. The sweet and sour pork was very fatty and had one good piece out of the entire serving. They used to have the best honey garlic chicken, but now there is a thicker coating of bread and the sauce is not the same. The rice portion is about half of what it used to be. The only good thing about the whole meal was the chicken balls, which were tasty but half the size of what the used to be I will not be going back sadly. Used to be my favourite place to eat...

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. Despite being only third in line, I had to wait over 20 minutes without being served. The staff seemed extremely unmotivated and uninterested in helping customers, which made the experience even more frustrating. To make things worse, one of the staff (girl) from the Subway next door managed to grab the attention of several customers in the line, and most people ended up leaving for Subway instead. Set up wok rewards on my last visit asked them to scan my card, said I had to pay first. So I pay and ask them to scan my card and they say oh sorry I forgot and can’t go back to do it, she said we will add the points on your next visit, and said “We will remember”. Fast forward to today, same order as always, same 15% tip and I remind her about what they said last time and now she says they can’t add them.
