I ordered a 2 medium pizzas from this location. Paid debt at the door. Upon opening the box the pizza was RAW. I called the store and asked if I could have a refund. They came back to my home and attempted to process a refund. It didn’t work. So they said they would be processing the refund on their end within 2-3 business days. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since then. Today I called the store to ask about the refund and the OWNER KATHARINE PRITCHER accused me of not paying for my pizza even though I had receipts and showed proof of payment on my bank statement, I even went as far as confirming with my bank that the transaction was completed. KATHARINE PRITCHER, then decided that because she wasn’t going to give me a refund, she would call the police and continue to lie and make up things so that she wouldn’t need to process the refund. This establishment is DISGUSTING. I could care less about the 25.00 the only thing that bothered me was how this was being handled and how many lies came from the OWNER mouth. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE AT ALL! And all the other negative reviews below are definitely correct. If you want to have to cook your own pizza by all means order from this store. There’s many other pizza stores in town. Also KATHARINE don’t bother trying to comment underneath trying to cover up the mistake I got all the proof and I will be taking action...
Read moreThe way I was being spoken to on the phone, with defensiveness, and reasoning, before confirming replacement, as well as the delivery driver asking for the original pizza, has now made my final decision not to order here anymore. My 5 year old does not like a visibly overcooked/dark food, and already doesn't eat the crust because of this, so when he wouldn't eat it, I of course called to get a replacement. We did get the replacement, and it was perfect, but never have I felt this way with our other local pizzerias, and this is a large franchise and was made to feel like they thought I was trying to take advantage of them. I'm mainly adding this review and pictures so they can visibly see the difference since that's what they seemed to want when they asked for the pizza back.....they didn't take it because I ate a couple slices, but I don't mind my pizza well done, but I didn't just order it for me and my son deserves to have pizza he likes too...well done pizza on the left, we did not order it well done.

Read moreThe quality of this franchise has gone right out the door. Our family has been getting pizza once a week from this location for over a year but not anymore after our last experience. Half of the time lately the pizza's are not cooked fully. The first few times we complained they said we have to ask for it to be cooked longer, so basically placing the blame on the customer. They did usually offer a credit on the account when this happened, but a customer should not have to ask to get their pizza cooked properly. This last time was the final straw for us. One of the pizzas the pepperoni wasn't even cooked very much at all, cheese was not even melted all the way and the crust was literally still dough in some spots. I called to complain and I spoke to a manager named Sabrina I think. We were not offered any sort of accommodation and were told the owner would check the oven temps and we would be contacted by them. Well it's a week later and no call from the owner. The inconsistency of this franchise is out of this world. If you liked under cooked pizza and then being blamed for it then this is the place to go. We are done ordering...
