I went through the drive through today. I ordered a combo and when I got to the window the employee was confused. She asked me at the speaker if I wanted a fries or fries supreme and I told her I wanted normal fries. When arriving at the window she asked me the same question. I told her again and so she rung me up and passed me the debit machine. It was more than I thought it should be so after I paid I asked for the receipt. She then, as she was looking at the receipt said, oh I couldn't get the bottle of pop off. So she wasn't going to say anything about it unless I asked. She then went off to get someone to get me a refund. The grumpy Manager comes over and says here is your 3 dollars back, no hello even nevermind an apology. It was 2.99 plus tax. I said that isn't enough and then he said well how much do you want back. At this point I said forget it, here is the food back and I want a refund (after two attempts to charge me extra). He presents me a refund of 17.12 (3rd attempt to charge me extra) and I had paid 18.50. He said ok well where is the receipt. I said the cashier took it and shouldn't you be able to see it or reprint it? He never once offered an apology. He did finally find the amount and refunded me the full amount. I know it probably wasn't on purpose by the cashier but when she said she just couldn't figure it out and she didn't try to correct it and basically steal 3 dollars plus tax is disappointing but what makes it so much worst is that the Manager was very grumpy like I just tried to rip him off or steal 3 bucks from him not the other way around. Not to offer an apology is also very unacceptable. I then had to go to another place for lunch after spending 15 minutes at the taco bell in Tillsonburg. Really disappointing experience today. I thought I should write a google review in case someone else doesn't ask for the receipt. You may want to keep an eye on this location....
Read moreI read the reviews first but made the utter mistake of trying the place for myself. The tables, floors and bathroom were visibly dirty with litter and food waste.
The kitchen workers cleanliness is DISGUSTING. The female employee touched her hair several times while making food, cross contamination is constantly happening (Tongs and Gloves especially) and simple food safety handling techniques are not being used. I would bet anything that the rest of the kitchen (especially walk in fridge, exhaust hood, drip trays and other often ignored areas are simply atrocious judging by their practices and standards.
Then to have the nerve to argue about it when being called out for your gross behavior, there is a reason this restaurant has a very bad overall rating.
We also waited 37 minutes for my order to be bagged, I ordered 3 tacos and 1 crunch wrap. Only for it to be missing the sour cream, to be taken back and contaminated some more by the dirty employee. The food was cold, they don't even have a heat lamp or holding space to keep the food at temperature. Mine sat for 10 minutes on the counter before it was bagged to be handed to me.
3 employees working and 1 on break was simply far too few to handle the handful of customers you had, which is frankly a joke.
DO NOT EAT HERE. Your time and money is better spent everywhere else.

Read moreI got Taco Bell last night, first time at this location, I will NOT be back. I ordered a Pepsi, steak and queso crunch wrap, and a chicken quesadilla. I got the drink and they asked me to pull ahead that was that 5:47 PM according to my bank timestamp. An employee was running food out to the cars, every time he went by he was looking for the right vehicle to drop food to. I seen several times that he handed food to people, he would walk away, and they would call him back and say it wasn’t their order, so he would go to the next car and try to give them the food. I seen one bag go into three cars which had three different peoples hands on it and then he finally just took the food into the parking lot. I couldn’t see what happened to it from there by 6:15 he walked by and I told him that I would just like my money back. I couldn’t wait any longer for the food, he told me that he couldn’t give me my money back and he would be out in just a minute with my food. He went back in hot food brought it out to me and it was my order so I said thank you and asked why it took so long because at this point it was 630 he said they were terribly understaffed. I drove away and pulled out the steak and queso crunch wrap and it was so cold, but I was not going back to get it fixed because at that point I had spent 45 minutes sitting there waiting for food.
