I recently had an unfortunate experience at a restaurant that stands out among my previous positive ones. My visit took place last Saturday evening. Upon arriving at around 7 PM, the restaurant was relatively quiet with only a few tables occupied. Throughout the two-hour span until 9 PM, the number of people didn't significantly increase, making it a seemingly manageable evening for the staff. Our designated server for the evening was Keana, who unfortunately provided the worst service I've encountered.
Our initial encounter with Keana was rather slow, as it took nearly twenty minutes for her to approach our table to take our orders. Our order included 2 Wild Berry Lemonades, 1 Strawberry Daiquiri, 1 Virgin Daiquiri, and 1 Virgin Pina Colada for our beverages. For our meal, we ordered Loaded Skins, Stuffed Pizza Rolls, 5 Spicy Wings, Fries, and the Classic Maverick dish.
While placing our order, it became evident that Keana was not fully attentive. Despite repeating ourselves around 5 times, she failed to take note that the Strawberry Daiquiri and Pina Colada were meant to be non-alcoholic, specifically intended for a 12-year-old and a 15-year-old at our table. Regrettably, when our drinks were finally served after about thirty minutes, our concerns were validated as the two drinks were not prepared as non-alcoholic versions. What's more concerning is that no identification checks were attempted, which would have been appropriate considering the ages of the intended recipients.
Approximately half an hour later, our appetizers were brought out, and another 20 minutes later our wings arrived but the fries we ordered were strangely missing. After calling Keana back to our table and requesting both utensils and plates, we inquired about the missing fries. In response, Keana's tone turned unpleasant as she told us that we hadn't ordered fries. It's worth noting that she brought buckets instead of plates, claiming that they were out of plates. Ironically, moments later, another server delivered plates to a different table, adding to our frustration.
To add to the disappointment, after attending to our table, Keana went over to another server and appeared to mock and complain about our group, even though we had been understanding about the mistakes that had occurred. What frustrated us the most was the way in which each mistake was shifted onto us, despite Keana's evident lack of attention and accuracy.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, my companions and I have decided that we will not be returning to this restaurant. It's disheartening to have such a...

We’ve been loyal customers of Wild Wing for a long time, but after our experience yesterday at this location, we will never be returning. My fiancé and I went in for dinner and drinks — planning to enjoy wings, a Long Island Iced Tea for me, and a pitcher of beer for him (to share). The waitress was extremely rude from the start.
When my fiancé tried to order the pitcher of beer, she cut him off mid-sentence and flat-out denied him service without even hearing that we planned to share it. I explained that I wasn’t driving, and we both intended to share the pitcher, but she hesitated, gave us attitude, then walked away. A few minutes later, she returned and blatantly lied to us, saying that all their kegs were down, even though we could clearly see someone at the bar drinking a pint of beer.
It was such an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience, and we left feeling unwelcome. We ended up going to the Ingersoll location instead, where the staff treated us like family. My Long Island Iced Tea at Ingersoll was twice the size, way better made, and their portions overall were much bigger.
We’ve come to this location many times before, but after this incident, we will not be returning. The waitress’s rude attitude toward my fiancé and the watered-down Long Island Iced Tea made this one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.
We decided not to tip her, and honestly, she didn’t deserve one. We’ll be sticking with the Ingersoll location...
Read moreWe went as a group of 4. We were asked to sit where we like. It took several minutes before getting a menu. The waitress took our order shortly after we got there. We ordered a sample platter and one guest ordered rings apps. The sample platter came out. We didn't receive plates or cutley. The ring app didn't come out. Several tables showed up after us and were served and received their drinks and food before us. Our waitress finally came back and we were told our food was coming shortly. Finally after another 15-20min went by we spoke to manager. We were informed the order was put in late and they would rush our food. Once again another 15 minutes went by. Finally another manager or owner came to table and said food would be out in 2 minutes. Very broken English spoken. We finally received our food 1.5hrs we received our food. The food was good. When asked for our bill it took another 15 minutes. When they came back with change. They messed up even the change. The manager and new waitress couldn't do basic math. One of the ladies in our group had to do math for them. Please train your staff better and own upto your mistakes. Don't put it on other...
