Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Timmins

I've been here for their buffet lunch, which was a very good experience. However, this time was very unpleasant. The kitchen was behind on certain items. There were things on the menu that were not available. If you asked for it, then you found out it wasn't available. It would have been far better had the waitress when we sat down and she gave us menus explained that their kitchen was behind, the items that were not available, so the customer can decide what is best for them and their guest. Not take everyone's order and let us know later that because the kitchen was behind, certain items would not be served till near the end of our meal. We came together as friends and family to sit and have a meal together. Not half of us finished before the other halves' food came. It was so wrong to bring appetizers after everything else was served and more then half the people finished eating, I let the waitress know I didn't want them anymore and she brought them back 10 minutes later. But she brought them anyway. And charged me for them. The second waitress came and took the one cheese stick right out of my hand and went away with it, ( I sure hope she enjoyed it) which I was going to put in the to go box with the other. The second waitress came and said she was sorry to hear we weren't happy. And we shared we weren't. She explained she wasn't aware they didn't have meaty marinara, that they have lots of sauce, she then apologized and went away. Some of her excuses were not the same as our waitresses excuses. When our waitress came back, I answered her question, she didn't like my answer and began to defend herself, I stopped her explained I wasn't interested, again she tried to defend herself, I explained I wasn't interested in anymore excuses and to please leave it alone go away, then she started to verbally attack me in front of everyone, and I just kept asking her to go away again and again thought maybe she couldn't hear me and she would, she wouldn't leave, and then said we had ruined her day. To which I replied she ruined our meal along with everyone else who was sitting and watching and listening together along with who ever was managing this place. She went away when I said I would call the police. Then as she went from table to table, reiterating everything to those customers. Then a manager came over and started to ask questions which I ended up doing the same thing, asking her to leave me alone and leave.This was my worst dining experience ever. I will not be back here for dinner ever.

Our waitress said they were out of marinara sauce and couldn't serve meaty marinara, cause they didn't have the sauce but my dish that I had had the marinara sauce in it. I went and asked at the takeout counter, they explained they had lots of sauce. The second waitress, said she wasn't aware they weren't serving it. Something is way off here.

Who takes food away from the customer, not to mention right out of there hands.

I read the menu, I know what I was interested in having, Yes, I ask questions because I have certain things I need in my diet for personal reasons, the thing our waitress did do well was to provide the information I needed to meet my medical needs to order. For that, I'm thankful, but shame on Pizza Hut. In my restaurant experience, the ones that don't know the word can't do way better than the ones they do know the word can't. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hit in Timmins, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by their innovative creation, the new Chicken Alfredo Melt. This unique dish is like two slices of pizza, folded to create a delicious sandwich.

I visited Pizza Hut today with my friend and a few others, and I have to say, the experience was very disappointing and upsetting. When we placed our order, the manager named Dan was extremely rude and unprofessional toward my friend. What made it even more frustrating was that another customer who came in right after us was treated with kindness and respect — a completely different attitude than what we received. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and made all of us feel uncomfortable. It genuinely felt like we were being treated unfairly, and we couldn’t help but feel that it may have been racially motivated. What shocked me the most was when the manager started discussing my friend’s personal matters in front of all of us. That was completely uncalled for, disrespectful, and totally inappropriate for any customer service setting. We came there to enjoy a meal together, but instead left feeling disrespected and hurt by the way we were treated.
