Ordering through the drive-through is frustrating as oftentimes someone whose first language isn't English will be taking your order.Understanding and being understood is a challenge. I often get to the window, I repeat my order, ensure it is correct,I ask the employee at the window to confirm this is my order, they look at their screen and say yes. I get home, and it's not even close to what I ordered. Often times, they don't write on my lid like they used to,or when they do, it isn't legible. Read moreI come here every morning for a tea and croissants consistently for the last 6 months. The 5 ladies and 1 gentleman that work the morning and afternoon shifts are so friendly. I go inside and stand there watching and they always put such care into the orders and thank god they stir the contents of the cups thoroughly. They are very pleasant with lots of smiles and say "have a nice day". No rushing to pay, no rushing to say your order, no extreme rushing to complete the order.
