Swiss Chalet — Restaurant in Timmins

We waited until a few months after the initial opening to try the new location. Needless to say the experience was awful. The server should have concentrated on taking the order correctly instead of rambling on about the poor quality of Timmins water. The chicken caesar salad came with rusty iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. We called for the manager and he explained that the lettuce comes pre packaged and all cut up ready to use. He couldn't explain why iceberg instead of romaine. We got them to start our order over only to find that they used iceberg once again for the caesar salad. By then my sister in law and I were too hungry not to eat it. My boyfriend's lemonade came 3/4 full and the girl explained that she had not been trained on the machine. We recently decided that one day we will try this Swiss Chalet ever since they opened back up and let me say i’m EXTREMELY disappointed… me and my grandparents ordered two rib combos and the chicken combo, when we got home we looked in the bag and we have our ribs and bun in the two containers but we’re missing our fries for the combos. we did decide to call and we aren’t rlly the ones to ever complain but for a pricey meal like that of course we are. we called and we were speaking to this lady that wasn’t that kind with us either telling us that she put the fries in the bag but we tried telling her we do not have them and she proceeded to just say: well i put them in sorry nothing i can do” i will not be coming back to this location EVER. even when we went in to get our order the lady wasn’t that pleasant at all… very dissatisfied and disappointed with...

I travel for work and don’t usually leave reviews for restaurants. I ordered online, when I arrived I noticed right away that this location is extremely disorganized. The cashier wasn’t paying attention to the customer he was serving, he was attempting to delegate everyone’s tasks while not appearing to even know what he was doing. Before leaving I had to have I’m get my drink since he didn’t even bother looking at the receipt to see what was to be included. Once I arrived back at the hotel I noticed that my order didn’t include everything.
