I like butter on my BELT, so I always ask for it to be added. Simple request, right? Normally if it's forgotten, I let it slide. However it's become a reoccurring theme with the Tisdale Tim's, so here I am. I was the only customer in the store, and there was nobody in the drive thru. 5:05am. I placed my order. Bacon BELT on a plain bagel, with butter, and another plain bagel with extra butter. I watched the sandwich maker prepare the food so I knew what I was getting before she handed it to me. A butterless, dry BELT. So respectfully I asked her when she handed it to me, "there's butter on the BELT, right?", to which she replied, "Yes." I took it, and left.
Nothing better than spending $13 on a meal you know is wrong, and being lied to at the same time. Yeah, this probably sounds pety, but I worked at Tim's for several years long ago, and it's not hard to get an order right. Especially when it's the only one. And I mean, the Tim's in Nipawin gets my order right every time.
On a side note, the extra bagel with lots of butter, only had butter on one half.
Moral of the story, go to Nipawin if you prefer getting what you ordered.
(And yes, I could have stayed to have it fixed, but like I said, it's not the first time at...
Read moreIn a time when food costs are constantly rising, one would expect a certain level of quality for their money. Unfortunately, Tim Hortons in Tisdale, fails to deliver on this expectation. My recent experience was nothing short of a complete waste of money and time.
At peak breakfast time⌠when you would think everything would be fresh, youâd be wrong. I ordered a latte that was delivered a very deep brown in colour, tasted like straight espresso, indicating a complete lack of milk and poor preparation. What I thought would be a hot meal turned out to be a collection of cold items: a freezing cold hash brown, an untoasted bagel, a cold egg, and cold bacon. Having to go home and reheat food that was meant to be enjoyed fresh is poor. Being on the road and having to enjoy your cold meal and crappy coffee, absolutely unacceptable.
This Tim Hortons location is, without a doubt, one of the worst I have visited. The complete disregard for quality and customer satisfaction is disgusting. Get your act together, Tim Hortons Tisdale, and start providing the service and food quality that customers...
