A&W Canada — Restaurant in Toronto

I was waiting patiently for this A&W location to open so I can grab a quick breakfast before heading off to meet with a friend. I arrived about 10 min before they opened, and while they were sliding the gates open two employees appeared behind it. I was standing right at cash ready to place an order. The two female employees took notice of me, but didn't say a single word to me, which I thought was a bit odd. One of them proceeded to grab something from behind the counter, while the other was just finishing sliding the gates open. While this was happening, another customer walked towards me, and stood next to me. What happened next blew my mind. Not only did BOTH employees continue to ignore me while I was waiting to place an order, one of them walked into the kitchen while the other one proceeded to take the order of the OTHER customer. How you decide to take the order of a customer who had clearly came in LATER is beyond me. I spoke out and said, "Excuse me," and I was ignored by the employee. At this point, I am 100% certain the employee is PURPOSELY ignoring me. I know for a fact, because I spoke out in a loud and clear voice. I walked off, and actually found a Tim Hortons down the hall, and gladly waited in the short line and got my breakfast. If I had known about the Tim Hortons, I would have gone there in the first place. I will never buy anything at this A&W, but you know what? I couldn't even if I wanted to.

Why they ignored me the whole time is clear. They employ racist people. I hope this place shuts down. It's not even worthy of a one star. They're better off as a hole...

I was tired and hungry and yes again this was the only thing around that I could deem almost edible. I requested the uncle burger and I took a picture to show you how Sanitary it was handed to me. It will see the sauce packages right on top of the burger. If I get in digestion or stomach ache I know why.

If you're hungry and there's nothing else available sure go ahead and have it. If you're craving a good chicken sandwich/Burger I would advise the look somewhere else. I tried the chubby chicken Burger well... it's not chubby and I'm not really sure if it that was really chicken. Original Review: 2 stars - Tried the new Nashville chicken sandwich at this location and they should be pretty embarrassed! The sandwich didn't look anything like the photo (I think they used the wrong chicken), it wasn't spicy and it was terribly dry. They were a little stingy on the sauce but even so I still think it would have been dry. The bun and pickles were nice but they only included two pickles lol! Maybe the sandwich itself is just bad and it is not this locations fault that they had to sell it? Service was fast and friendly but it was the worst sandwich I have had in a long time!
