Well, went to this location this morning for coffee....As usual, it was busy .. I noticed the priority seemed to be the 'pick up' orders and Not the people at the counter..(you know, the one's who actually 'show up' in person) The wait time was exceedingly long....when it was my turn I remarked 'this has got to be the slowest Timmy's in Etobicoke'...and 'No, I don't have a Timmy's card, loyalty card, and I'm not paying debit or credit...just cash'
The 'lady' making the numerous coffee's for 'take out' obviously overheard me and took offence to what I said''(even though it is true)... She then said something under her breath and I sort of caught it... I then asked "what did you say?"...She then loudly said...'GET OUT OF MY FACE'......hmm..Really?..she then kept repeating it....I again asked her what exactly did you say to me before?...She said..'Choke on your coffee!"
Nice...I hope Timmy's realizes that with 'Brand Ambassadors' like her they should not expect repeat business...Here's an idea, why not make the customers at the counter a priority over the 'phone in's....and send a 'secret shopper' in once in awhile to see how things are actually being done....(not by the...
Read moreI purchased an x-large steeped tea from this location and was planning to buy a keurig or tea bag set of this kind (orange pekoe, steeped taste, I think based on how it tasted) for a friend's birthday present. After asking the guy at the counter if they have any, they told me they don't sell any at this location. I've also asked them if there is anywhere else I can buy the tea in a boxed set, he was quite rude and shoved my questions aside to serve the next customer in line. I've asked to speak to the manager there, and he refused to get them out. Oh well....
I wanted to avoid buying from Amazon or Costco and buy directly from Tim Hortons, but it seems I have no choice but to buy it from them since both the Tim Hortons website doesn't sell them and doesn't show which locations have it in stock. As for this store, the steeped tea was good, but I wasn't satisfied with the customer reception I received from this employee and therefore giving only two stars (one for bad customer service, and the second one just for having a decent steeped tea already brewed in stock and the speed...
Read moreI had a bad customer service and experience at this franchise location. I will never, ever go back to this location as long as these employees are working in this location; Because of their lack of customer service and management skills. The management seem to agree with the employees disrespectful ways toward the customers. This location had the worst management, employees and customer service in Toronto. Tim Hortons has a high stander and image when it comes customer service; This is now in question to me and I am assuming many in Toronto feel the same way. If this kind of customer service disrespectful continues in your franchise then the image of Tim Hortons will be damage. I hope for more customer service training and management skills be improvement in this location and keep the imagen of Tim Hortons business excellent...
