I placed an order on Ubereats the wrong order was put in the bag. Uber refunded me but said it wasn't their policy to provide me with the correct order I would have to pay again to get my order(highway robbery I know). I called this store and spoke to a gentleman I advised him they placed the wrong order in the bag, given that I don't drive I still need my lunch. I work in an industrial area and everything is a drive away. I told the least he could do is bring it to me. He lied and said he was the only one in store and hung up. I then had to pay $8 in ubers to go and get my correct order. Low and behold there's another employee there who proceeds to tell me she's not Uber Eats( really I couldn't tell with your Alibabas uniform on). I had an extremely negative experience here. After I accidentally walked into the store’s door, the manager/owner ran after me, followed me into another business, and loudly accused me of being a thief who had supposedly stolen from them the day before. This was shocking because I have never even been in this store before.

I asked them to show me video proof—refused. I told them to call the police—also refused. Instead, they chose to publicly harass me and make false accusations without evidence. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

No wonder the store is always empty with treatment like this. I will be reporting this to corporate and still awaiting an apology and...

Extremely unsanitary. Went n bought 3 shawarmas and the man fully put our pita on the counter with no wrappings dragging it side by side. Told him I don’t eat meat and that he should put a paper below it, it proceeds to tell me the counter is clean and they don’t use paper at this location and continued with his unhygienic actions, touching the chicken and then not changing gloves.
